Government and Democracy in The Information Age

(en inglés) This study about e-governance is empirical and inductive in nature. By conducting it\, we wanted primarily to understand what kind of e-governance was currently being introduced and practiced. The present report will highlight such emerging e-
governance practices within three cities (Bologna\, Issy-les-Moulineaux\, and Tampere) and three countries (Estonia\, France\, and Ireland) mainly by means of 13 analytical categories\, which have been inductively developed.
