The consultant will act as coordinator and facilitator of working groups associated with the Regional Plan of Action eLAC2007 and for other activities of the Information Society Programme (SocInfo) of ECLAC´s Division of Production, Productivity and Management, working at ECLAC’s head office in Santiago de Chile. \n\nThe SocInfo Programme of ECLAC is\nassisting governments of Latin America and the Caribbean in the implementation\nof the eLAC2007 Plan of Action (http://www.cepal.org/SocInfo/eLAC\n). eLAC2007 foresees the creation of several Working Groups. As part of\ntheir services of technical assistance to governments in this context,\nECLAC is using an ASP based virtual platform through which it offers eLAC\nworking groups a shared working space (http://www.eLAC2007.info\n).
